“Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein turned herself into a Miami-Dade jail on Wednesday over felony charges accusing her of secretly recording her ex-husband, records showed.

Hochstein, 43, was booked into Miami-Dade’s Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a charge of interception of communication, jail records showed.

Jayne Weintraub, an attorney for Hochstein, said that the reality TV personality will be released on her own recognizance, meaning she will not have to pay bond.

“This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court,” Weintraub wrote in an email to NBC News.

Her former boyfriend, Jody Daniel Glidden, is also charged in the case and was arrested last week, records showed.

Court records filed in Miami-Dade on March 19 allege Hochstein and Glidden “did unlawfully and intentionally intercept, endeavor to intercept, or procure another person to intercept or endeavor to intercept” oral statements made by Lenny Hochstein and those he spoke with. Florida is an “all-parties” consent state, which makes it illegal to record someone without their knowledge during a private conversation.

The charge stems from a 3-year-old alleged incident when Lenny Hochstein, a prominent plastic surgeon known as the “boob God” of Miami, accused his ex-wife and Glidden of planting a listening device under his car in 2023. At the time, the couple were in the midst of a contentious divorce.

According to an arrest warrant, Lenny Hochstein told investigators he found a digital audio recorder in his Mercedes after letting Lisa Hochstein borrow the vehicle. He reported it to the Miami Beach Police Department, which began investigating the case.

Lenny Hochstein also hired a private investigator who allegedly found recordings of Lisa Hochstein and Glidden on the device, the warrant said.

Police reviewed the device and found 98 recordings, including one in which Lisa Hochstein and Glidden were having a conversation before there’s a “distinct sound of a device such as the hidden recorder being wrestled into place,” the warrant said.

In other recordings, Lenny Hochstein is heard speaking with someone about Lisa and his kids, speaking with patients and speaking with a “woman friend,” the warrant said.

Records that were later obtained from e-commerce site Amazon showed Glidden had purchased two recording devices of the exact same make and model in December 2022, the warrant said.

“Your Affiant has reason to believe and does believe that Lisa Hochstein and Jody Glidden, working together, installed the hidden recorded device without the victim’s knowledge or consent and secretly recorded conversations between the victim and numerous persons and parties, including patients of the victim,” the warrant said.

Glidden was released on a $5,000 bond after his arrest, records showed. He entered a not guilty plea.

Lisa and Lenny were married for 13 years and share two kids — Logan, 10, and Elle, 6. Lenny starred alongside Lisa on the Bravo reality show, sharing their struggles with infertility and allegations of infidelity. He filed for divorce in May 2022 and it was finalized in 2024.

Lisa and Glidden began dating in 2023 and split earlier this year.
